Quarry Supper


To finish the 2005-6 season a good crowd gathered at Bodle Street village hall. The hounds had been out on 52 days & had had 193 hunts. The Chairman presented retiring joint master Linda Thompson with an engraved silver hunting horn & thanked her for all the work she had done in her 15 years as master, her husband David who was retiring as treasurer was presented with a bronze bloodhound.

Our Quarry Adrian & Andy were presented with engraved tankers for all their hard work this season.
  • Nic was announced as Champion of the hunt Gymkhana .
  • The tuna fish award went to Carol Kay.
  • The helping hand went to Chris Field.
  • Linda Thompson presented lovely flowers to the working ladies of the hunt
Local racehorse trainer David Feek gave an amusing talk about his experiences training horses.
Excellent food was enjoyed by all & was supplied by members of the Supporters club
