A number of us arrived on a beautiful sunny day to the Bramwell, we warmed up over a few showjump poles then on to some hunt hurdles. Then Tracey and Lindsey gave excellent leads to some of us who needed it on young/new or spooky horses over the hedges.
Tommy and Ollie Hurst showed us how to do it and jumped a good few of the hedges different ways. Tommy's new horse for the season looks set to give us all a lead should we need it! All the horses were very good considering this was in cold blood and not the usual way to start the season...but a very enjoyable way. We were then treated to some lovely tea back at the house and a demonstration of how to bounce hedges by Richard's poodle over the miniature hedges in the garden.
