Entries on the day will be taken on a first come 1 st served around allocated times
There is no elimination, simply a rosette for completion - all the fun of jumping round excellent cross country courses incl BE fences without waiting for the scores.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
- The Coakham Stewards decisions are FINAL and must be adhered to at all times.
- Hats : BSI Kite Marked PA5051 or BSEN1384 or ASTMF 1163 (with SE1) must be worn at all times when mounted, with the chinstrap correctly fastened. Back Protectors (current BETA recommended) must be worn on the cross country course.
- The organisers accept no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, accident, injury or illness to horses, competitors, owners, employees, spectators or any other persons or cars and contents or property, etc arising out of this event, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever. Entrants agree to indemnify the promoters against legal action arising from any such accident(s).
- All competitors participate at their own risk . The organisers and owners of Firle Place have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone who uses the course. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take reasonable care to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the rules and instructions of officials.
- Any person seen to be riding dangerously will be asked to leave the course.
- There is a Paramedic on site to provide pre-hospital treatment during this event if required, all competitors confirm that they are fit to compete in this event and that they consent to any treatment which may be given, advised or offered by the paramedic.

- Maximum groups of THREE horses
- If a combination gets stuck at a fence please give way to other riders coming through and move onto the next fence. Riders seen to be abusing their horse will be asked to leave the course.
- Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times
- Do not muck out horse boxes on site and please take your litter with you.
- Acceptance of the above rules shall be a condition of entry.
